As much as I’m surprised to realise that the 3rd quarter of 2013 is ending soon, I’m also glad the season of Games/Animanga/Cosplay is approaching. Here is the latest press release from STGCC! The event looks like it will be very exciting once again!
With just two more weeks to an explosive action-packed weekend, the Singapore Toy, Game and Comic Convention (STGCC) unleashes the crowning content from Hot Toys, together with more talented pop culture personalities joining the Walk of Fame.
Step into Tony Stark aka Iron Man’s Malibu Mansion at this year’s STGCC. The almighty duo – Hot Toys and Action City, will be bringing the Hall of Armor to STGCC. An exact life-size replica from the Iron Man 3 blockbuster, it showcases the full collection of authentic movie armors – the Mark I through the Mark VII, with the Mark XLII as the centerpiece. Prepare to be awed by the intricate details and fine finish of each of Tony Stark’s armors.
Fans who have always wanted a taste of what it is like inside Tony Stark’s underground lab will receive a special treat this year. Hot Toys and Action City pay homage to this billionaire wisecracking tech genius with two holographic display showcases, featuring Hot Toys’ 1/6th scale Mark VII and Tony Stark collectible figures. Witness the figures come alive with the 3D holographic animations.
Oh man…. this looks SO COOL >_<!!!!
For the complete Iron Man experience, fans can now take home the Iron Man 3: 1/6th scale Midas (Mark XXI) collectible figure from Tony Stark’s “House Party Protocol” in the memorable scene when his army of suits was activated to aid him in his final battle with Aldrich Killian. This high-altitude suit features multitude layers and shades of metallic gold, giving the collectible figure a brilliant finish. 800 sets will be available for purchase only at STGCC, together with limited edition figurines of Captain America (Star Spangled Man Version) [The First Avenger], Joe Colton [G.I. Joe Retaliation] and Superman (Evil Version) [Superman III].
