I have no idea what this is but apparently its one of Gintama’s Summer event aired on TV. In this episode, the seiyuus of the series gets to dress up as the characters they voice.
Yes, all the fans are excited that Sugita-San is cosplaying as Gin-san xD I wish there were subs T^T
